1. Why should I use Maklarplan? We already have someone doing plan drawings for us. Why should we change to your company?

Answer: Three things. First is that it is not expensive to use us. We don´t do minimum purchaices, hidden costs or fees that may take you by surprise. You only order what you need. Second our personal service is far better than our competitions. We know by experience that you will stay with us if we give you 100% service and that is always what we do. Last but no least It is easy to use our service. Everything is done through your own page with us. Orders, revisions and invoices.

2. Why is revising floor plans connected with cheaper costs and what should I think about when I make changes to my drawing?

Answer: The floor plan is a part of your marketing strategy for the property you sell, and should therefore be as correct and presentable as possible. Often the estate agent does not give the original floor plan enough attention before it goes to production. This can result in plenty of changes from the seller of the property who wants different things to appear to the floor plan.

3. Do you have any other products on offer.

Answer: Yes we do "hotspots" which is floor plans in combination with photographs to highlight every room. We will in the near future have furnishing programs that can give you possibility to furnish your entire floor plans. Right now the furnishing product is only available here in Sweden. 4. I just want to write you an email when I want something changed. Why do I have to draw the change on the floor plan?

Answer: If we receive 55 emails with different requests to change positions of doors, walls etc we are going to get it wrong. We know from experience that all floor plans are different and we know all estate agents requests will also be different. The chances of having to redo the drawings over and over are to great. We have therefore adapted this model of working and It has proven to be successful.

5. How do we pay you when you are abroad?

Answer: We will use our sister company in the UK to invoice you. You will receive an invoice from Kango ltd with your specified orders for the month. You will also have an option to pay online via PayPal
